| Our Routers are specifically designed for P.C.B. Routing. They are adaptable to hand or stylus setups as well as N.C. equipment. Total routing depth should not be greater than 2.5 times router diameter. As the stack height increases, router speed (RPM) should increase. P.C. boards such as teflon or similar material, should not be stacked for routing operation. Routers are available in Upcut and Downcut styles. Upcut routers are available with fishtail, drill point or non cutting end geometry. |
| Downcut Routers are designed to hold the board down while routing. This cutting tooth configuration will produce a clean, smooth finish. Downcut Slow Spiral are available in Fishtail, Drill Point or Non Cutting End Geometry. Downcut routers are also available in Fast Spiral. Excellent for manual type routing or on equipment with inadequate pressure foot board holding systems. |

Upcut Routers are available with in slow spiral or fast spirals in Fishtail, Drill Point or Non Cutting End Geometry. With upcut design chips are drawn up to assist a vacuum system. Clean burr-free cutting with maximum tool life is realized when tools are used on well maintained equipment that incorporates a pressure foot board holding system.

Consistent clean surfaces and extended tool life is achievable when used in conjunction with the latest routing equipment. The chipbreaking action of this style router insures a fine, burr-free finish. Ideal for polyimide quartz boards.
